The Last Days of The Last Days of Shoreditch

Lifestyle

I know what you’re thinking, am I repeating myself? I can assure that I’m not because this weekend really does mark the last days of The Last Days of Shoreditch, one of east London’s most favoured social and cultural night life venues. After eight years in Old Street, July 29th will be the day that it shuts up shop and says goodbye, making way for a swanky new hotel, Art ‘Otel Hoxton. Even though it is a sad time for party-goers and street food-lovers, we have been reassured not to fret because those behind The Last Days of Shoreditch are determined to relocate and find another home.

As with all leaving parties, they are planning to go out with a bang and give you one last hurrah to give them the send-off that they deserve!

To start things off on Saturday 28th June, prepare yourself for One Enchanted Evening where you can expect to find a dance floor, some street food from likes of Smokey Tails and Crust Bros (A.K.A the best barbeque food and pizza you will ever eat) plus, there will even be a karaoke room by Lucky Voice so you can sing your hearts out and knock the socks off of everyone there one last time.

On Sunday 29th June from 1 o’clock in the afternoon you can actually try and enjoy this freak, hot London weather and be transported to an exotic beach in the middle of the city; forget your sticky office chair and recline in a swinging hammock or explore the tree house while enjoying some sound installations, drinks and so much more.

Here’s to the last days of The Last Days of Shoreditch, it’s not goodbye forever it’s just goodbye for now.
