Londonewcastle has been creating developments in the capital for the design-conscious for the past three decades. Our growth and success has been driven by our ability to remain committed to our core beliefs. We are here to create design-led, mixed-use developments of the highest quality; delivering the highest levels of service from origination to aftercare.

Our homes are more than just apartments and penthouses; they are a determined lifestyle choice. The Makers marks one of two collaborations between ourselves and the London Borough of Hackney as part of their commitment to regenerate educational facilities throughout the borough.

  • Chapter House, WC2B

An intimate development of just 40 apartments, housed in a dramatic Victorian building at the heart of Covent Garden, London’s most celebrated cultural neighbourhood. The façade of this unique building has been exquisitely restored by esteemed architects Apt (formerly known as Robin Partington & Partners), who also finished the interiors of each apartment to an exemplary standard. Almost all apartments offer residents outside space, with landscaping designed by Chelsea award-winner, Andy Sturgeon. In addition, the development boasts a bespoke concierge service and a private residential gym.

The Otto, E5

The Otto is a collection of 89, one, two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes adjacent to the open spaces of Hackney Downs. The development was a collaboration between Londonewcastle and the London Borough of Hackney as part of their commitment to regenerating local communities throughout the Borough. Designed by renowned architects, Hawkins Brown, The Otto offers residents some of the area’s most breath-taking panoramas across the Downs, wider Hackney and beyond, picking out London landmarks such as Canary Wharf, The Shard and Alexandra Palace.
